Offline licensing

Sleev accounts approved for offline licensing can run the local gateway almost entirely offline. When using an offline license, your local gateway does not report any telemetry to our servers. The only internet connectivity required is downloading or updating Sleev, and generating licenses in your account dashboard to set up local installations.
