Information we collect

We collect account information from Firebase sign-in, sleeve-token metadata, session and usage metadata, billing or support information you provide, and operational logs needed to run and protect the service.

Sleeve tokens are shown in plaintext only when created. After that, Sleev stores a hash and masked display form. Provider credentials are not collected or stored by the website.

Provider credentials

Your provider credential stays in your local harness or provider configuration. When you send a proxied model request, your tool supplies that credential along with sleeve-token, sleeve-provider, and sleeve-harness. Sleev forwards the provider credential upstream unchanged and does not store it.

How we use information

We use collected information to authenticate users, authorize sleeve-token management, operate the proxy, calculate saved-token and session metadata, troubleshoot issues, prevent abuse, improve the product, and communicate with you about the service.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with infrastructure, authentication, analytics, billing, or support vendors that help us operate Sleev, subject to appropriate contractual safeguards.

Provider credentials supplied with proxied model requests are forwarded to the selected upstream provider as part of fulfilling that request.

Retention and deletion

We retain account, token metadata, session metadata, usage metadata, and operational logs for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Account deletion removes the Firebase account through the auth flow and hard-cascades local user-owned messages, sessions, sleeve tokens, and the user record.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the service, including token hashing, authenticated management routes, and scoped token ownership checks. No service can guarantee absolute security.
